Maxim88 Weekly Cash Back on a losing week

Maxim88 Singapore Updated

Maxim88 Weekly Cash Back up to SGD 5,888 a week, 3% to 8% by tier, 10x within 7 days

A week that ends in the red does not end empty. Maxim88 Weekly Cash Back returns a share of your net loss over the week that runs Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (GMT+8), and at Crockford the return reaches up to SGD 5,888. Below SGD 5,000 of net loss the payout is a fixed figure. From SGD 5,000 it becomes a percentage set by your VIP tier. Every credit on the main ladder carries 10x turnover and runs out after 7 days, so the amount you accept on Tuesday is the amount you then have to play through.

Cash back returns a small share of a loss already made. It never turns a losing week into a winning one.

The estimator works on the same two mechanics the promotion itself uses. Under SGD 2,500 of net loss, nothing is credited at all, so the first useful number it shows is the SGD 68 band. Between SGD 2,500 and SGD 4,999.99 the figure does not move with your tier, because those two bands are flat amounts. From SGD 5,000 the tier percentage takes over and the cap for your tier starts to bite, which is why a very large loss at Normal is still capped at SGD 388. Alongside the credit, the estimator shows the turnover attached to it: multiply the cash back by ten and that is what has to be staked inside a week.

How net loss is counted

Net loss is not the same as the money that left your account. The calculation is gross loss minus bonus minus rebate, taken across the full Monday to Sunday week. So a week with a SGD 6,000 gross loss, SGD 300 of bonus credited and SGD 200 of Instant Cash Rebate claimed counts as SGD 5,500 of net loss. That still clears the SGD 5,000 threshold, so the tier percentage applies.

Four products sit outside the main calculation: Kingmaker, QQ Keno, Mega888 and 918Kiss. Their stakes and losses are part of your play at Maxim88, yet they do not feed the weekly figure, and Mega888 and 918Kiss have a separate ladder of their own further down this page. If most of your week went into those sections, the main cash back may read lower than you expect.

Rebates reduce the figure as well, which is the trade worth understanding. Claiming the hourly rebate as you go gives you money earlier; it also shrinks the net loss the weekly calculation starts from.

Maxim88 Weekly Cash Back bands and tier rates

Two separate structures sit under one promotion. The fixed bands cover a modest losing week; the tier percentages take over once the net loss reaches SGD 5,000. The claim route differs between them, and so does where the credit lands.

Fixed bands from SGD 2,500 to SGD 4,999.99

Weekly net lossCash back
SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,749.99SGD 68
SGD 3,750 to SGD 4,999.99SGD 118

Both bands are picked up yourself: after the inbox note arrives, open Transfer and select the cash back in the Promo Code column on your way into a gaming wallet. Nothing is credited automatically, and the 7 day clock starts when it is.

  1. Play Monday to Sunday (GMT+8). The week closes at 23:59 on Sunday and the net loss is calculated from that period only.
  2. Wait for the inbox note on Tuesday. Check your Inbox; the note tells you which band or rate applies.
  3. Under SGD 5,000 of net loss. Pick the cash back in the Promo Code list on Transfer as you move funds from your Main Wallet.
  4. From SGD 5,000 of net loss. Contact Customer Service and have the credit issued to the provider wallet you want to play it in.
  5. Play it through 10 times within 7 days. Valid turnover counts; void, tie and cancelled bets do not.

A Gold account with SGD 10,000 of net loss takes 6%, so SGD 600 is credited. At 10x that is SGD 6,000 of valid turnover to clear inside 7 days. A Normal account with SGD 20,000 of net loss calculates to the same SGD 600 at 3%, but the Normal ceiling is SGD 388, so SGD 388 is what arrives and SGD 3,880 is what has to be staked. The percentage decides the rate; the tier cap decides where it stops. Reaching a higher cap means depositing and playing more first, which is a real cost rather than a shortcut.

Mega888 and 918Kiss cash back

Losses on Mega888 and 918Kiss are covered by their own weekly ladder, with its own figures and its own note.

Weekly net lossMaximum cash back
SGD 1,000SGD 68
SGD 2,000SGD 118
SGD 3,000SGD 168
SGD 5,000SGD 288
SGD 7,000SGD 388
SGD 15,000SGD 688
SGD 20,000SGD 888

This ladder starts lower than the main promotion, at SGD 1,000 of net loss rather than SGD 2,500. The inbox note lands on Thursday instead of Tuesday, and Customer Service issues the credit. The condition is 8x winover, not turnover, and the two are measured differently: winover counts winnings generated with the credit, while turnover counts the bets themselves. As a general rule a winover condition is cleared by what a credit produces, so the pace depends on results rather than on volume alone.

Seven days

Weekly Cash Back expires 7 days after it is credited, and winnings from it are removed if the 10x is not met in time.

The two returns answer different situations and run side by side. Up to 1% Unlimited Instant Cash Rebate pays on every qualifying bet, win or lose, with no turnover attached and no maximum. Records sync every hour, the minimum payout is SGD 1, and the balance is paid the moment you claim it, at any hour you like. Weekly Cash Back does the opposite job: it waits for the week to close, looks only at a net loss, and arrives with 10x and a 7 day deadline.

In practice the rebate is the steady part of the return and the cash back is the irregular part. Both are affected by your tier, and the per-game rebate percentages behave differently from the rescue rates, so check the rebate rates for each game group before deciding where a week’s play goes. Remember that rebate claimed during the week is subtracted from the net loss the cash back is then calculated on.

A losing week stays a losing week

Cash back returns between 3% and 8% of what a losing week cost you, and the fixed bands return less. SGD 2,500 of net loss pays SGD 68, which is under 3% of the loss, and that credit still has to be staked ten times over before anything from it can be withdrawn. Playing on to reach a band therefore costs more than the band pays, every time.

Treat these credits as what they are: a partial return on money already lost, never a way to make a loss good. If a week has gone badly, the useful move is to stop, not to push for the next threshold. Setting deposit limits and taking scheduled breaks keeps the decision out of a bad moment, and our responsible play tools show how to set them. Play only with money you can afford to lose, and only if you are 21 or over.

The Tuesday inbox note tells you which band or rate your week fell into. Sign in with Login to check it, or tap Join Now in the lobby to open an account in SGD.

What players ask us

When is Maxim88 Weekly Cash Back paid?

The week closes on Sunday at 23:59 (GMT+8) and the inbox note follows on Tuesday. Net losses under SGD 5,000 are then picked up in the Promo Code list on Transfer; from SGD 5,000 the credit is issued by Customer Service. The Mega888 and 918Kiss ladder has its own note on Thursday.

How is net loss calculated for cash back?

Net loss is gross loss minus bonus minus rebate across the Monday to Sunday week. A gross loss of SGD 6,000 with SGD 300 of bonus and SGD 200 of rebate counts as SGD 5,500 of net loss.

What turnover does the cash back need?

Weekly Cash Back carries 10x turnover and runs for 7 days. Because there is no deposit inside the credit, the multiple applies to the credited amount: a SGD 600 cash back needs SGD 6,000 of valid turnover inside those 7 days.

Which providers do not count towards the weekly net loss?

Kingmaker, QQ Keno, Mega888 and 918Kiss are outside the main calculation. Mega888 and 918Kiss losses are covered instead by their own weekly ladder.

How does the Mega888 and 918Kiss cash back work?

It starts at SGD 1,000 of weekly net loss for up to SGD 68 and rises to up to SGD 888 at SGD 20,000. The credit carries 8x winover rather than turnover, which counts winnings instead of stakes, and it is valid for 7 days after Customer Service issues it.
